Dr. Odile Robinson, L.C.S.W., Executive Director
Dr. Robinson mother of five, grandmother of 14, has devoted her life to helping parents
and children bond, young children receive the loving care they deserve & youth prepare for adulthood & employment. Dr. Robinson has
developed and implemented:
• The initial Child Welfare Training Institute for the State of Arizona
• The Foster Care Success Scale and the Foster Parent Assessment Scale
• The Strength-based Training System
• The Youth Strengths Profile
• The Restorative Strength Group Program for victims of Trauma from domestic violence.

Erik Reid, M.S. Mental Health Counseling
Director of Youth Programs earlier in his career, Mr. Reid, coming fresh out of
Temple University as a direct services worker into the community, provided support and resources to families for more than 10 years.
Mr. Reid has counseled and provided:
• Life Skills training for youth
• Prevention groups for youth with truancy concerns
• Developed a self-assessment for youth about their concerns
• Developed a community-based bullying prevention program
• Motivation for young adults to return to school
• Empowered many parents to secure GED’s and gainful employment. The A.S.S.E.T. Team collaborates with ABO-
Haven, Inc.
• The ABO Haven Inc. is a workforce development agency that provides in addition to employment skills, off hours
daycare for the parents.
• We believe that everyone has assets & with training and support will overcome the barriers to their success.

John Childress, B.S. Finance Director, Entrepreneur Training and Career Development
Mr. Childress has provided:
• Training for youth in several agencies including internships in his own business
• Direct services recruiting and training mentors for youth
• Consultation and financial planning for agencies
• Grant writing to promote youth empowerment
